A demo to achive color cycling without changing the palette data or the tile map.

This is done by adding (column_offset*16) pixels to the screen's X-position, to enhance the effect the screen's x-position is changed each line to create a wave pattern.

Left/Right - Decrease/Increase color cycle speed
