Flite-3ds is a Text to Speech homebrew application for the 3DS. It is a based on Flite-TTS, a small open source run-time speech synthesis engine.
This homebrew is a port of the example from Cruel, which demostrates how to use the Flite voice synthesizing engine to speak text.

Installation
Available in 3DSX/SMDH format.
Copy .3dsx and .smdh to the /3ds/flite-3ds/ folder on your SD card and run via Homebrew Launcher.
