I was working on another program when HANS released and I realized that some function of that program can be used to do this dumping features. So here it comes.
This tool can dump romfs and .code from cci , cia and cxi , auto save as <ID>.romfs and <ID>.code. It support all kinds of encryption we had known that using in NCCH. What you have to do is drag&drop, and click the "Extract" button. I hope this is useful to you.
"seedinfo.bin" can be generated by this tool: https://github.com/LITTOMA/Seedinfo-Generator I would NOT share this file, because it contains keys.
I will open source one day when I make the codes more readable.
