HebeGB is the most advanced and up to date Gameboy ROM utility in the world, with heaps of handy options, a pretty GUI and speed (which is kinda rare for Windows software eh?).
This is HebeGB's second birthday, and it has come a long way from the GBUPRO days, with many improvements and bug fixes. This will be the last release for some time now, barring there are no major bugs in this release.
This utility can do everything from creating gamelists to fixing the checksums of your Gameboy ROMs!
User guide
HebeGB has one of the most advanced help systems for a utility of it's kind, and it's integrated into the program itself, so you're not looking for a text file that doesn't even answer your questions. To access the help, simply Right Mouse click the HebeGB logo on the main page and select "Help Topics".

Greetz go out to all of the usual gang that have supported us over the years and have tested our crazy utilities to the max. Also a big greeting to the emulation authors out there for letting us relive all the classics without having to get up from our cushy chairs.
