This is an unofficial update of MVSPSP with additional scaling options (1.25x).
Features
- Scaling options:
- 320x240 (4:3)
- 380x224 (304x1.25)
- 400x224 (320x1.25)
- 420x270 (14:9)
- 480x270 (16:9).
- Improved texture scaling from a bilinear filter to a more cubic-like one, which gives a clearer image.
- Screenshots are saved in /PICTURE/MVS/.
- Compiled for PSP Slim.
Installation
Note: The emulator requires an authentic BIOS file to run. The file should be named neogeo.zip and placed in the roms folder.
Copy the folder MVSPSP-theelf to ms0:/PSP/GAME/. It will automatically create the necessary folders:
- config - Folder for individual game settings file.
- memcard - Memory card folder.
- nvram - SRAM data storage folder.
- state - State data folder.
- roms - ROM image file folder (ZIP format).
It should look something like this:
