Mad Bomber is a modern version of the classic Atari 2600 game "Kaboom!," developed by Activision and created by Larry Kaplan. The game features updated graphics, sound effects and music. The gameplay is similar to the original game, with the player controlling a character tasked with catching bombs dropped by an overhead bomber. The game adds new elements to the original gameplay such as new levels and power-ups, while keeping the same overall objective of catching bombs.
Story
In the game Mad Bomber, a reckless bomber is dropping bombs all over the city and it is the player's responsibility to catch them before they hit the ground and explode. The player is equipped with trusty buckets to extinguish the bombs and prevent them from causing destruction.
Installation
- Copy madbomber to the apps folder on your SD card. (Hard coded path, do not rename!)
- Launch with the Homebrew Channel.
Controls
- Hold the Wiimote(s) sideways or point at the screen to move the buckets of water
- Home - Exit to loader
- Plus button - Pause/Return to menu
- A/2 - Start Game
