Luma Locale Region Auto Setter

Ever had problems with DLC not working? or even the odd game has a black screen or SD error?
Chances are you are trying to play a game not from the same region as your console!

With this Homebrew it can create the required files needed to solve these issues, at least for the supported games
(listed below).

Instructions

Luma 7.0+ Required
Make sure "Enable game patching" option is on in the Luma config menu (Hold SELECT on boot)
That is pretty much it, run the homebrew, on first launch it will create a code.ips file so it can tell you if Game Patching
was found to be Enabled or not (Will always say Disabled in 3dsx version)
From there on hitting the "A" button will create any locale files you are missing.
If the CIA is still saying Game patching is disabled and you are certain its not its possible you ran a previous version of this homebrew and would need to delete the code.ips found in "/luma/titles/0004000005445000/" or feel free to ignore the line if you are sure Game patching is enabled.

Don't know much C Programming, this just seemed like a quick fun project! sure the code is a mess but it works
Ideally it would be nice if a list could be pulled from a URL so no updates to the Homebrew is required
But we are nearing the end of the 3DS life span so I can't imagine we will see many more titles that require
this feature, would also be nice to get the region of the 3DS so it only creates the files you'd actually need
though a couple hundred text files aren't going to take up enough SD space to worry about, if you notice a
title is missing feel free to create an issue and let me know.
