Retro League GX is a demake of Rocket League for older game consoles. It started as a GameCube homebrew game, which was ported to the Wii and supports LAN play.

Known issues

There is some weirdness with some of the sound effects, but besides that it is mostly the same as the GameCube version.

Changelog

0.21

  • Reupload of previous releases.
  • Note: Does not match source code at tag 0.21.

Demo 0.2

  • The "Online" network option is the same as LAN right now.
  • While playing on 3DS units, that sometimes they have trouble finding the games and also they have trouble connecting. It might take a few tries to connect.
  • Hosting a game will bind port 5151, and searching for games will listen on port 15151 for broadcasts. Host game will broadcast every 5 seconds to let clients find the game in the "Join Game" menu, so if you are on Windows and can't create/join a session, just double check that those ports aren't in use.
  • Windows version is tested only on Nvidia graphics card. Hopefully it works on AMD and Intel.
  • The GameCube version theoretically supports LAN play (untested).
