V-Unlock is a Wii Homebrew application that unlocks all features of Mario Kart Wii. It is based on the code of 'Perfect License Unlock & VR+BR Modifier' which I had previously developed. The app allows you to unlock all licenses for all your Mario Kart Wii data saves.

It enables you to select any Star Rank, apply 9999 VR+BR, and choose whether or not to apply 100% Wii Wheel Stat. This makes the game more enjoyable and fun for players of all levels.
