PS4 App Lock is an utility allows you to restrict from accessing certain apps or games on your PS4 by locking your apps or games with a unique PIN code.
It only works on HDD content, and locks extend to options including "deleting". Deleting the PS4 App Lock doesn't remove locks on content. Even "Rebuilding Database" will not help to bypass locked games/apps.
