* When saving, the game freezes for a brief moment. This is also noticeable when exiting options or switching between memory cards.

Sonic SMS Remake 2 PS4 is a port of the fan game Sonic SMS Remake 2 for the PS4.

Here are some highlights of the project:

  • The game supports cross-play between versions PC/Android/PS4.
  • The latest update fixed a major memory leak, introduced a 60 FPS mode, and made lots of other optimizations.

Known Issues
