Thi is a rom hack of Ninja Cop that makes the whole game completable on easy difficulty, instead of just the first 3 levels.
Interestingly the later levels have different enemy placements on easy despite not being normally accessible.

This patch comes in the form of an IPS file. To apply the patch you can use:
