FretFury is a DS homebrew music game in the making that utilizes the Guitar Grip that comes with Guitar Hero: On Tour for the Nintendo DS. There is also an alternative version where you can use the Y/X/B/A buttons.
The homebrew was presented at the NDS Homebrew Bounty.
