Port of the popular multi-system emulator Mednafen to the PS4. Support for 3 to 4 players.

Emulators that are working full speed (Full Screen/Scanline support):

Nintendo NES/Famicom.
Sega Master System.
Sega Genesis / Megadrive.
Super Nintendo /Famicom,
NEC PC Engine/ TurboGrafX-1.
NEC PC Engine FX.

The following does not support full screen (maybe possible to adjust it in the .cfg file):

Nintendo Gameboy.
Nintendo Gameboy Color.
Sega Game Gear.
SNK Neo Geo.
Atari Lynx.
Bandai WonderSwan / Color.
Nintendo VirtualBoy.

Emulator with issues:

Saturn does not work.
PlayStation 1 only works with some games.
- Fullspeed is only possible on PS4 Pro (games may glitch on Slim and Fat).
- You must have a .cue of your .iso, .img or .bin to launch your game, you create them yourself.

Installation

Install the fpkg (via pkg installation in debug settings of your exploited PS4)
Copy the Mednafen Folder to the root of a USB storage device from the download.
Transfer roms (via USB or FTP) to "data/....". folder of your PS4 internal drive (can be grouped in console folders).
Some platforms will need BIOS files, they are placed on your USB in the Mednafen folder then from there "firmware/....".
(v0.3 update) Unzip the archive and copy the mednafen.cfg file to your USB in the "mednafen/..." folder.

Since then, Markus95 has made some improvements to the configuration file that fixed several platforms (Virtual Boy, WonderSwan & WonderSwan Color) that were not compatible with the DualShock 4 layout. With a reconfigured "mednafen.cfg" file, those issues are now gone. Markus95 has also added support for 4 players and plans to make a few more tweaks to the configuration file in the future.
