This exefs patch forces handheld mode graphics settings to be the same as docked mode.
Note: Outdated. It is advised to use ReverseNX-Tool or ReverseNX-RT instead, as they offer the same functionality.
Installation
Patch is made for only 1.4.0 version of game.
To use, put folder exefs_patches to root folder of your CFW. Restart console.

Recommended OC settings with sys-clk for optimal performance

But according to tests made by zakaria, GPU OC can go lower (but higher than 460 MHz).
