V-Unlock is a Wii Homebrew application that unlocks all features of Mario Kart Wii. It is based on the code of Perfect License Unlock & VR+BR Modifier previously developed by Vega.

You have the ability to choose what Star Rank you want, whether or not you want 9999 VR+BR, and whether or not you want 100% Wii Wheel Stat.

Features

Unlock all characters, vehicles, cc, and cups for your licenses.
Automatically create and unlock everything for any new, blank licenses.
Customize settings with options for 9999 VR and BR.
Set and maintain a 100% Wii Wheel stat, even if not using the Wii Wheel.
Unlock all licenses, including those from other Mario Kart Wii Data Saves on your Wii.

Installation

Unzip V-Unlock.zip. Move the V-Unlock folder into the apps folder of your SD/USB device.

User guide

Launch the app. Follow the on-screen instructions. If any error occurs, the app will display such error on the screen.

Note: Brand new licenses created by the app may initially show 0% Wii Wheel stat, which changes to 100% after completing one race/battle. This is not a bug, and you will have the golden Wii Wheel icon online when using the Wheel.
