encTitleKeys.bin-Updater is an updater for encTitleKeys.bin for use with freeShop.
Essentially it removes all user input from encTitleKeys.bin-Updater, and makes it autostart freeShop at all times. Being a one-click-shortcut allowing you to always have encTitleKeys.bin updated as you launch freeShop.
