Wide Screen and Twin Stick optimized for the Nintendo Switch.
Installation
Extract the zip to the switch directory on the SD card.
Place Postal Data files in res folder.
You can get Postal Classic and Uncut on gog.com (free as of writing).
Controls are mappable in the config menu or in POSTAL.INI.

Left Stick - Move Postal Dude
Right Stick - Shoot
ZL/ZR - Cycle weapons
