FJM File Launcher (aka FJM Offline Launcher) is an HTML-based app for the PSP. This app lets you browse through your device’s hardware and lets you launch it to your PSP 2.00 browser. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, TXT, DOC, SWF, FLV and more.
