Q*Bert is an unofficial port of the 1982 classic arcade game of the same name done by Paul Chinn.
The freeware Game Boy Color ROM was released in the spring of 2000, which caught the attention of the Game Boy developer community and eventually reached Majesco Sales. Majesco, with the rights to Q*bert, approached the developer to enhance the game and turn it into a commercial product, and the enhanced version was released in September 2000.
User guide
c'mon it's Q*bert!!!! Just use the joypad to hop around.
Controls take a little getting used to, just like on the original game.
Controls
A/Start - Play a normal game
B - Play a difficult game
Left - Up left
Up - Up right
Down - Down left
Right - Down right
Select - Toggle the score/lives bar on and off
Start - Skip the little intros (occur every 4 levels)

You can play Q*bert on a Game Boy emulator like NoCash or an actual device.
Known issues
V1.00 has no sound.
