This is a collection of CHX files for the SNES9x 3DS and PicoDrive 3DS, made with Computer_Freak_2004's CHX file creator.
The vast majority of cheat codes were sourced from here and here.
User guide
SNES9x 3DS CHX files
CHX file label definition:
- (Europe) or (Germany) - Should also work for USA ROMs, since they were sourced from Game Genie and/or Action Replay CHT files compatible with PAL and NTSC releases.
- (USA) - Might not work on all releases as those might contain cheat codes that are not compatible with PAL versions.
- Labelled with !! - For Japanese ROMs for which English translation patches are available. Those are untested.
- Labelled with ! - Recommended games by the author.
PicoDrive 3DS CHX files
Important notes:
- PAR codes that begin with "FF" will not work on bubble2k16 PicoDrive 3DS v0.94 release.
- Starting ROMs, that have a .chx associated to them that contains such a code will crash the system.
- This bug was only recently fixed by sleepingkirby in this build (thank you sleepingkirby).
- So if you have any plans on using cheats with the PicoDrive, please use this fixed build instead.
CHX file label definition:
- (Europa) - Most of them should also work for USA ROMs, since the codes were sourced from Game Genie and/or Action Replay CHT Files compatible with both PAL and NTSC releases.
- (USA) - Might not work on all releases. PicoDrive CHX Files that are not labeled as (USA, Europe) will most likely only work with ROMs from the appropriate region (not tested).
- Labelled with !! - Cheat codes for Japaneses ROMs for which English translation patches are available. Those are untested
- Labelled with ! - Recommended games by the author.
How to add cheats
- Place your .CHT/.CHX (text format) with the same filename in the same folder as your ROM.
- For example, if your ROM name is MyGame.smc, then your cheat file should be named MyGame.CHT or MyGame.CHX.
- Note that the maximum number of cheats for SNES9x 3DS is 200.
