Port of Otacon's desktop clock application. This is an application that is originally for Windows and MacOS, while the OtaClock on DS. Dr. Hal Emmerich, Otacon is commonly known as a character in the Metal Gear series.
User guide
It requires user to solve a math problem before the alarm to stop.

Uses Stylus.

- Otacon's eyes now follow the stylus
