Launcher9 is a boot manager for arm9lorderhax payloads.
Note: This homebrew will not run on recent CFW.
Installation
The payload CFW should be in the folder named Launcher9 arm9loaderhax.bin:

In the BG folder contains the background that can be changed, image must be 400x240 in .tga format (tga online converter).
