Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D - No Navi Text 3DS

HEY! LISTEN!

So while improving OoT in many ways, Nintendo had the great idea to make Navi more annoying and flashing her name on the screen. This removes that, but unfortunately you still have to listen to her. I had updated it today so it should work in all languages and regions, assuming you rename the folder to the proper titleID although I have only tested English/Spanish/French on a US version. I had made a thread a few years back explaining how to do this, but never released the layeredFS so here it is!
