Virus DS Xmas Edition is an updated version of medical themed puzzle game for the NDS. It is a puzzle game which essentially works like an off-shoot of Nintendo's Dr. Mario game.
The original version, Virus DS, was one of the winner in NEO Spring Compo 2007.
Features
- New graphics created (by LOBO).

User guide
Story
The biohazard department of the Cellularspy company has recruited Dr.Mollusk and his assistant nurse Miss Greenpea.
Unfortunately the Doctor's beautiful assistant spilled the samples of a new virus.
Taking your courage in both hands (that is, your console) you are now in charge of helping Miss Greenpea to disinfest the rooms, one by one. The virus can absorb particles of virus in order to grow, and if it absorbs to much, it explodes into 4 bits.
Your mission will be to guide Miss Greenpea to inject virus particles in the right places in order to clean the room. If you achieve a virus chain explosion, you will get a new bit of virus as a bonus to get on with the fight.
How to play
The aim of the game is to clean the room by injecting particles of virus in the right places to explode the viruses.
On order to destroy the viruses on the screen. You need to inject a virus, and when it explodes, particles shoot out that can destroy other viruses.
The explosions go up, down, left, and right, not diagonally.
There will be different stages of the viruses cycles on the board: if the exploding particles hit an immature virus, it changes to a more mature stage. You can inject an immature virus to change it, too.
Cheat Code
At the end of the 20 levels will get you a CHEAT CODE permitting you to discover a new theme with 20 news levels as well as new pictures.
Controls
Can be controlled with Keypad or Stylus.
Start - Quit
D-Pad or Stylus - Move target
A or Stylus - Inject
R - Music on/off
