Resource Hidder is a plugin that allows you to hide varies resources such as gameboot, preview thumbnails, game icons, UMD game icons, system update icons and background in XMB, making it more efficient during browsing.

This plugin is patched by neur0n to support 6.xx firmwares, based upon ResourceHidder originally made by Zer01ne.

Installation Copy RscHidder_kai.prx and RscHidder.txt to the seplugins folder in the root of your Memory Stick.

Open vsh.txt (create it if you do not have it) in the same seplugins folder and add either one of the following line in respective to your device.

For PSP, append this line to the text file ms0:/seplugins/RscHidder.prx 1

For PSP Go, add this line instead ef0:/seplugins/RscHidder.prx 1

User guide Edit the values in RscHidder.txt to hide/show any of the following resources (1 to hide; 0 to display).

ICON0.PNG - Preview thumbnail. ICON1.PMF - Animation on the preview game icon. PIC0.PNG - Small background image. PIC1.PNG - Background image of the preview game. SND0.AT3 - Background music of the preview game. UMD UPDATE - System update icon on UMD. PSP LOGO - The PSP Logo displayed on the gameboot. PSP GAMEBOOT - Startup animation when you launch a game.

UMD - Icons on UMD. GAME - Icons while browsing games on memory card. SAVEDATA - Icons while browsing backups/savedatas.
