Perfect Bricking Tool - Custom Firmware is a mod of Palantine CFW to always Boots sysNAND instead of emuNAND.
The main goal was to install valid signed cia to sysNAND to update system apps like browser for users with old browser version not compatible with Ninjhax.
User guide
All the other instruction related to Palantine CFW are still valid for this CFW (create the .db file, press L, install a CIA manager, and so on ...).
But with this tool you'll install everything on your sysnand, so you can easily brick your 3DS.
