Q: Does it work on CIA?
A: No, you need to convert .cia to .3ds using this tool [https://www.maxconsole.com/threads/3ds-to-cia-converter-v4-1.34568/ here]


Q: How long it takes?
Open NDSTokyoTrim3.exe and select the Decrypted folder and press Trim.
A: Not much, depends on your ROM size.

User guide

Put all your encrypted Nintendo 3DS ROMs into the Encrypted folder (this does not work on CIA).

Launch decrypt-all.cmd and wait until it's done.

Open NDSTokyoTrim3.exe and select the Decrypted folder and press Trim.
