Apollonia is a tribute to the old Strike series for PSP, a 3D helicoper top-down shooter homebrew that is written by Code Tactics team developers GlennNZ and Justin.

This is an entry from the Neo Spring Coding Compo 2009 (PSP Games, 7th place) and the PSP-Hacks Homebrew Idol 2 competition in 2009.

User guide Fly your helicopter Apollonia on missions to seek out and destroy enemy forces before they cause havoc.

Landing at the Helipad will refuel and rearm your helicopter.

Note from developer: There is a different control scheme available in the options menu, where triggers can be used to rotate. If using this alternate scheme, a flying hint is to primarily use the joystick to move forward and back and rotate with the triggers. Leave the D-Pad alone.

Controls Triangle - Take off, Land Circle - Guns Cross - Hydras Square - Hellfires Start - Menu Analog/D-Pad - Forward, Back, Rotate L-Trigger/R-Trigger - Strafe left/right

Known issues New known issue is when everything except the hud turns white. Developer stated that had happened once on Instant Action but nowhere else.

Changelog 0.04a - Code Optimisations. - Explosions from tank shells hitting buildings are visible more often. - Thinner air strike targeting circle.

Credits Special thanks goes to programmer who ported SDL to the PSP, and made the PSPGL library (http://goop.org/psp/gl).
