FBI Reloaded is an enhanced version of FBI 3DS, a title manager for the 3DS that is open source. Its features include the ability to browse and modify various types of data, such as SD card contents, TWL photos, TWL sounds, save data, and ext save data. It also allows users to export, import, and erase save data from DS cartridges and secure values. Users can install titles/tickets from a file system, a local network, or the Internet using a URL or QR code. Additionally, the program automatically imports title seeds during installation from the Internet or the SD card.
FBI Reloaded also allows users to browse and delete pending titles, such as downloaded updates and in-progress eShop titles, and customize the program's appearance by placing replacements for RomFS resources in "sdmc:/fbi/theme/". However, some features are only available when the program is run from a CIA, 3DS, or a 3DSX under Luma3DS. These additional features include the ability to browse and modify CTR NAND, TWL NAND, and system save data, dump the raw NAND image to the SD card, and launch titles that are installed on the system.
