Are you a Club Penguin fan? Do YOU want to look like a secret agent while installing .cia files? if you answered yes to ether question, then this is for you! (NOTE: this does NOT affect the banner, icon, or start-up animation, unfortunately)
HOW TO:
Install: just put the contents of the .zip into sd:\fbi\theme. Easy.
Make your own FBI theme: Grab the FBI source code from Here and then go to the RomFS folder. you'll find it all in there, then use your favourite image editor, then place your RomFS replacements in the theme directory mentioned earlier.
This works with both the .cia and .3dsx versions. Preview: �[?IMG]
