This is a Xbox port of CATACOMB 3D, configured to run on DOSXBox by XPort. It is a fantasy first-person shooter created by id Software and published by Softdisk in 1991.

Installation

Note: You will need the game data files from the commercial Catacomb 3-D. They are not included.

Copy all the data files into the dosfiles directory, the executable should be named CAT3D.EXE.

User guide

In CATACOMB 3-D you are the high wizard who must rescue your friend from the clutches of the evil lich Nemesis.

Using your magical powers, you venture forth into the bizzare dimensions of the Catacombs.

Controls

A - Use nuke, Yes (Enter)

B - Strafe (Mouse right button)

Y - Use health vial (H)

White - Yes (Y)

Black - No (N)

Back - Menu (ESC)

L - Use bolt (B)

R - Fireball (Mouse left button)

D-Pad - Cursor keys
