COW TIPS is a modified version of Chuck Norris Fact Viewer made by Sketor. It is a PSP homebrew application that displays numerous cow themed quotes and advices.
It was one of the contest entries for the Neo Spring Coding Compo 2007 (PSP Applications, 6th place).
