CNREADER (Chinese) is a software dedicated for reading text files on the PSP.
Installation
Copy the cnreader2 folder to ms0:/PSP/GAME/.
Copy the simsun.ttc font file from your windows/font directory to the font directory of the software, this is the default font to start, you can then change the font to your liking in the setting menu.
