Yet another CHIP-8 emulator for the 3DS (more like a homebrew PoC than anything else). Thanks to smealum for ctrulib and also to everyone who has helped developing it :D Also thanks to Vappy for testing .
This is a new emulator for a very old system: the CHIP8!
CHIP-8 is an interpreted programming language, developed by Joseph Weisbecker. It was initially used on the COSMAC VIP and Telmac 1800 8-bit microcomputers in the mid-1970s. CHIP-8 programs are run on a CHIP-8 virtual machine. It was made to allow video games to be more easily programmed for these computers.

Roughly twenty years after CHIP-8 was introduced, derived interpreters appeared for some models of graphing calculators (from the late 1980s onward, these handheld devices in many ways have more computing power than most mid-1970s microcomputers for hobbyists).
This is by far the most advanced c8 emulator that I have seen for the 3DS, allowing users to play all their ""Favorite"" games!
An active community of users and developers existed in the late 1970s, beginning with ARESCO's "VIPer" newsletter whose first three issues revealed the machine code behind the CHIP-8 interpreter.[1]
This release supports screen scaling, save states, debug information, pausing, resetting, and touchscreen input!

The EXTRORDINARILY poorly named chip 8 emulator for 3ds Controls are a little flakey, bound to various buttons, but can also be controlled by the touchscreen This emulator supports 3D, savestates, screen scaling, etc.

This release also comes with a crap-ton of games, just saying ;D

==Currently broken:==
* game detection for PONG that switches input to something usable
* program input on invalid filename
