An online tool to convert image to GBA ROM file.
Supports formats include .jfif, .pjpeg, .jpeg, .pjp, .jpg and .png.
User guide
To display on the main unit, you need to write to a flash cartridge or boot with multiboot.
If it converts to multi-boot ROM, it can be executed by multi-boot startup. Please use a Raspberry Pi Advance expansion board, etc.
