This is a modified version of the Homebrew Launcher with the following changes:
- Support for Wii U Classic/Pro controller (button-only control implemented by Creepermario).
- Support for RPX file launching from SD and wiiload/sendelf directly through HBL.
- New elf loader (sd_loader) code with pre-installed kernel memcpy function and support to load RPX.
- Fixed audio clicking (thanks to aliaspider).
- Note: New payloads (a.k.a. MP4 files on browser exploit) are required for it to be able to load RPX files. Old payloads are still compatible but will only work with ELF files.
Installation
Both elf and channel versions available.
To install, copy the wiiu folder to the root of the SD card.
Alternatively, replace the existing homebrew_launcher.elf on your SD card in sd:/wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher with this version.
For the channel version:
- Extract the zip and copy the folder to sd:/install, and install them using WUP Installer.
- If you already have the Homebrew Launcher channel installed, uninstall it from System Settings > Data Management before installing this version to avoid potential caching issues that may break the channel.
