PSP-gnuboy is a port of the gameboy emulator gnuboy to the psp.
It was one of the contest entries for the Neo Spring Coding Compo 2006 (PSP Applications).
Features - Support for Gameboy mono and Gameboy Color roms. - ZIP support. - Battery backup ram support - save your position in games that support it e.g. Zelda, pokemon, etc. - Correct ratio'd graphics, hardware accelerated renderer. - 60fps on most games. - Built in game select screen.
Installation Copy all the folders to the root of your Memory Stick.
Put your roms in X:/PSP/GAME/gnuboy/rom/.
User guide Developer stated that this is an emulator only. It does not include any roms and there are a few missing features (Sound, More complete GUI, Save states, Cheat codes, mappable controls, Link up support).
Controls Filebrowser: D-Pad - Move up and down Cross - Select file or folder Selecting ".." - Back to the parent folder
In game: D-Pad - Gameboys D-Pad Cross - Gameboys A button Circle - Gameboys B button Slect - Gameboys Select button Start - Gameboys Start button L-Trigger - In-game GUI (currently have exit rom option only)
