DPG Tools is the tool to encrypt videos to use on NDS with MoonShell.
User guide
DPG tools consist of 5 executable files, use dpgenc.exe to start the program and select language.
Click on the Options tab, where a menu with the settings to convert video to DPG format.
Once you have the options and quality selected, click Start and return to the main screen. Now click on the Change button to specify the path where to save DPG video and drag a video into the program.
Copy the file to DPG memory and execute it from Moonshell.
